The Black Doctors Podcast shares the stories of minority healthcare professionals with the goal of providing representation and inspiration to aspiring pre-medical students, medical students and resident physicians. These stories of perseverance and determination to accomplish this herculean task of becoming Doctors will hopefully provide a roadmap that others can follow. The Black Doctors Podcast seeks to combat healthcare disparities by increasing diversity in the medical workforce.
