Meet recently retired civil servant and amateur radio enthusiast David Plympton. Until now he's never really had time to get to know his neighbours, but thanks to the advent of some cheap home recording technology, a reasonable wifi connection and a few handmade invites delivered by hand via his technophobe wife Jill,David is making a breakthrough in neighbourhood relations.
